Well there are things you just don't think about before becoming a FTRV - Full Time RV'er! My neighbor, Steve, lives in his motor home and loves to decorate. Even when it wasn't Christmas, it was a light show causing me extreme jealousness. Now I won't even put up my one strand of lights because they will look so novice!(OK, just kidding, will put them up after I go refill my LP gas tank!)
Other December notes to self:
Do not apply online to any jobs that offer part-time, work from home options. By providing too much information (it looked like a real job site!), I received a file in a dropbox account, it downloaded itself with my next "must update" message and was tracking my computer usage. After falling victim to a job scam, I have now spent the past 5 days freezing credit, filing reports with local authorities, changing passwords, updating malware. Embarrassing as it is, just a friendly reminder that scammers are getting more technologically savvy and we are not safe from these evil rodents who are passionate about stealing our resources - it's a new kind of war.
Also, on a lighter note, giving a dog a Moose Toy probably wasn't a great idea.

Within hours, it was turned into a floppy piece of felt with a sad limp face. Guess that is the payback for leaving Isabella alone in the rig so much.
But for good reason! I have been able to spend a great amount of time with my grandkids (both with and without their parents!). It was a grand decision to get out here closer to actually spend quality time, bonding with the little munchkins. Every moment with them brings me joy and giggles... they are well loved and cared for and it shows!!
Other notes: waiting for a call from yet another technician to find out why only half of my rig electrical receptacles work. Would really love to move that space heater around but the one place is works is the galley. No other plugs are working. And the ceiling fan in the galley stopped working so no cooking in there using the LP Gas! And the fridge light is out and I can't figure out how to replace it. And the exterior weather stripping on the bathroom window is starting to separate from the seal, which explains why it is so darn cold in there in the mornings! Yikes! Just like home ownership - there is always a Honey-Do list! LOL
Love and Smiles to all who took the time to read this entire rant!
